Payment Terms

Fair and transparent payment terms for all our services

  • A 50% deposit is required to start the project
  • The remaining balance is due upon project completion
  • Payment methods: PayPal, Credit Card, Bank Transfer, bKash, Nagad
  • Installment payment plans available for large projects
  • Invoices are provided for every transaction
  • Late payments beyond 7 days may incur a 5% fee
  • Full refund if the project is not started within 7 days of payment
  • No refund after design/development work has begun
  • Client must provide all necessary content (logo, text, images) before development begins
  • Project timelines may shift if feedback or content is delayed
  • Minor revisions are included (up to 3); major revisions may incur additional cost
  • Final files or website access will be delivered after full payment is received
  • Maintenance or support after delivery is billed separately unless included in a plan
  • For subscription-based services, payment is due on the 1st of every month
  • A signed agreement or confirmation message is required to begin the project
  • Urgent delivery (within 48-72 hrs) is subject to an extra charge
